An Individual who has not downloaded the digital vouchers by the 4th June 2021, will be issued with printed vouchers. The printed vouchers will be delivered by MaltaPost to the individual’s residential address through the Registered Mail Service at the individual’s residential address as registered on his/her identification document.
The recipient’s signature is required upon delivery and prior to the release of the printed vouchers. MaltaPost will make one attempt to deliver the vouchers to the recipient’s address and if this is not successful, a notice will be issued by the Post Person and deposited in the letterbox.
The printed vouchers must be physically collected from the Post Office or Sub-Post Office indicated in the notice. Prior to visiting the Post Office or Sub-Post Office to collect the printed vouchers, the individual should track their printed vouchers through the TRACK MY VOUCHER function in the I AM A CONSUMER Section of the website vouchersmimcol.com.
You may proceed to collect the printed vouchers from the specified Post Office or Sub-Post Office if the last tracking event states “Item arrived at Maltapost Office”. To collect your printed voucher, you must present the Missed Delivery Note deposited in your letterbox. If you do not have this, you can print the “Item arrived at Maltapost Office” notification from the Track Your Voucher section on the website vouchersmimcol.com as described above. You must also present your original identification document being your ID Card or Residency Permit Card. Should someone else be collecting the voucher on your behalf, his/her original identification document must be presented in addition to the documents specified above.
